5782/2021 Ticket Policy

This year, we will be offering in-person High Holiday worship and experiences.  

• Tickets will be required for every person, adult or child, attending an in-person service.  Your ticket will be scanned each time you enter our building/tent/lawn during the High Holidays.  You will not be able to enter without your ticket.
• All Barnert members in good financial standing* can request tickets for themselves, their adult children, and their parents. 
  To check your account status, log into your ShulCloud account or contact Barbara Starr via email or at (201) 848-1800.
• We are not automatically mailing tickets to members this year.  Due to capacity restrictions and the potential for COVID-related contact tracing, you will need to request tickets to receive tickets.  You will also need to specify which services you plan on attending when you complete your ticket request.  Please submit your ticket requests by Sunday, August 22.  
• On/around August 30, you will receive an email from orders@simpletix.com with your digital tickets and important instructions regarding ticket and COVID screening procedures.  You will have the option of printing your tickets or saving them to your phone.  If you wait until the last minute to request tickets, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your tickets in time for the High Holidays.  If you do not receive your SimpleTix email with your tickets, contact highholidays@barnerttemple.org.   
• If you only plan to join us remotely via our live stream, you do not need tickets.  The link was emailed to all Barnert members.  Guests are asked to request the link to our live stream.

*Members in Good Standing are those who do not have a balance from the prior fiscal year and have begun payment of their 2021-2022 Annual Commitment and tuitions, if applicable.   

Only members in good financial standing can access the ticket request forms.

Due to limited seating capacity, we are only accepting ticket requests for Barnert members, their adult children, and parents.

We also ask that you only request tickets for services you plan on attending.
