Please be prepared to show a photo ID and have bags searched before entering the building.  We encourage you to leave your bags, especially large bags, at home.

SELICHOT MOVIE, DISCUSSION & HAVDALAH

Enjoy a light nosh and watch "The Quilters," an award-winning short documentary about men in a maximum-security prison in Missouri who design and sew beautiful, personalized quilts for children in the foster care system.  We'll discuss the film and how it relates to the High Holiday themes of new beginnings, accountability, redemption, and forgiveness.

Following the film viewing and discussion, experience a beautiful Havdalah service and the changing of our Torah covers in preparation for the High Holidays.
