5783/2022 Ticket Policy

We are so excited to worship together with our Barnert families for the High Holidays.
Everyone attending High Holiday services in person - whether a member or guest - must have a ticket.  Your ticket is good for all High Holiday services unless otherwise noted on the ticket. Tickets contain names and are not transferrable.
Tickets must be requested in advance and will not be issued at the door.

DEADLINE TO REQUEST ADDITIONAL/GUEST TICKETS
11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 2

BARNERT MEMBERS

  • We are once again using digital tickets for the High Holidays.  All Barnert members in good standing*, including their children under 18, will automatically receive High Holiday tickets via email on/around Sept. 19. The email will come from orders@simpletix.com and will be sent to the email address on file in your ShulCloud account.  Please DO NOT DELETE THIS EMAIL.  You will need to print your ticket at home or save them to your phone to be scanned when you arrive at our building for services.
  • The registration deadline for Torah Tots (ages 2-4), Kavanah Kids (grades K-2), or Jr. Congregation (grades 3-5) is Sept. 12.  If your child is not participating in these programs and will be coming with you to services in our sanctuary, you will need to bring their tickets with you.

ADDITIONAL FAMILY & GUEST TICKETS

  • Barnert members in good standing* can request tickets for their adult children and parents for free.  Tickets for extended family can be requested for $54/each.  To check your account status, log into your ShulCloud account or contact Barbara Starr via email or at (201) 848-1800.

NOT A MEMBER OF BARNERT TEMPLE?

  • If you are not a member of Barnert Temple and are looking to worship with us for the High Holidays, please contact our office.  Barnert Temple proudly participates in the URJ Reciprocity program.  If you are a member in good standing at another URJ congregation and would like to worship with us, please call our office at (201) 848-1800.

SECURITY

  • Tickets will be scanned before you can enter the building.  Your name will be on your ticket, and tickets are NOT transferrable.
  • Please be prepared to show a photo ID if asked and have your bags searched before entering the building.  We encourage you to leave your bags, especially large bags, at home.

*Members in Good Standing are those who do not have a balance from the prior fiscal year and have begun payment of their 2022-2023 Annual Commitment and tuitions (if applicable).
