Barnert Temple Detour Directions
On Monday, Aug. 17 through Thursday, Aug. 20, Barnert Temple will be repairing and repaving the Temple driveway. On Monday, Aug. 17, we will have access through our normal entrance from Route 208 South; however, it is likely that one lane may be closed at various points throughout the day.
On Tuesday, Aug. 18, and Wednesday, Aug. 19, the entrance from Route 208 South will be closed. To access Barnert Temple, you will need to enter and exit through our back emergency fire lane. The route to this entrance will be marked by "DETOUR" signs. The directions are listed below:
· Continue south on Route 208 past Barnert Temple to the Summit Avenue exit.
· Bear right off the exit and continue on Summit Ave.
· Make the second right onto Knollwood.
· Make the first right onto Ashmont.
· Proceed to the cul-de-sac at the end of Ashmont. Enter the "common" driveway next to the last house on the right. (It looks like the driveway is part of the last house on the right, but we actually share the driveway with that house.)
· Follow the driveway and bear left to the open gated access to the rear of our parking lot.
